Welcome to Stoddard Mobile Court, where "mobile home living is happy living." We are located in a country setting one mile south of the M-57 and M-52 junction which is two miles west of Chesaning MI. We offer 125 shaded lots.

Water, sewer and garbage collection is included in the monthly lot rental fee of $350.00. The tenant owns their own unit.

We offer Champion, Fairmont and Harmony manfuactured units at our sales lot. We do have some models in stock and we can also place a special order.
