Court Information
Welcome to Stoddard Mobile Court, where "mobile home living is happy living." We are located in a country setting one mile south of the M-57 and M-52 junction which is two miles west of Chesaning MI. We offer 125 shaded lots.
Water, sewer and garbage collection is included in the monthly lot rental fee of $225.00. The tenant owns their own unit.
We offer Century, Fairmont and Holly Park manfuactured units at our sales lot. We do have some models in stock and we can also place a special order.
