Come and see it July 27-31. In the meantime you can watch its progress here as our crew sets, finishes, and decorates this home for the occasion.
Day 1	The house arrives... Leveling the site... Carrying in the blocks from Point A... ...to Point B
Day 2	You have to get up pretty early in the morning to catch these guys setting a house. By the time I got there it was on the foundation! Finishing the peaks...
Day 3	We definitely have a ways to go both inside... And out... More power...
Day 4	The siding and soffit work continues... Packing up before the storm...
Day 5	Finishing touches on the siding...
Day 6	Starting the porch...
Day 7	The deck complete, the crew sets the poles to support the roof for the covered porch... The rafters are up...
Day 8	Work continues inside... ...and out...
Day 9	Finishing up the porches... More drywalling... And the painting begins... Hydration -- essential to beat the heat...
Day 10	This morning I found the crew busy as usual... Lumber was being stained for the purpose of customizing the siding... I couldn't really visualize how it would look... ...until I came back after lunch -- it is the difference between a house and a home, one of the things that sets Stoddard's apart... And the work continues inside with the painters...
Day 11	The details on the inside continue...
